Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is set to expand its offerings in 2027 with the addition of unique Indonesian-Singapore cruises aboard the Aqua Blu, an expedition yacht from Aqua Expeditions. The company also announced names for its new river ships in Europe.
Uniworld will offer two exclusive 14-day cruise itineraries on the Aqua Blu in 2027: one departing on June 23 and another on September 1. These journeys will commence in Bali and conclude in Singapore, promising experiences that are described as “unlike anything Uniworld has offered before.”
Travelers can expect to kick off their adventure with three nights in Bali, followed by a seven-night expedition cruise, and concluding with three nights in Singapore. Highlights of the journey include visits to Komodo National Park, the Spice Islands, and Pink Beach. Guests will have opportunities to encounter stunning marine life, including manta rays, whale sharks, and the famous Komodo dragons.
The Aqua Blu’s capacity is intentionally limited to just 30 guests, ensuring an intimate experience. Prices for this exceptional journey begin at $18,999, according to Uniworld’s website.

New Super Ships in Europe
In addition to the Aqua Blu, Uniworld is thrilled to unveil its new Super Ships for Europe: the Audrey, Marlene, and Sao Rafael. The Audrey and Marlene will be featured on Danube and Rhine itineraries, showcasing a layout similar to their sister ship, Emilie, which is set to debut in 2026.

The Emilie pays homage to Emilie Louise Flöge, an Austrian fashion designer closely associated with artist Gustav Klimt. Meanwhile, the Audrey and Marlene draw inspiration from cinema, with the Audrey named after famed actress Audrey Hepburn, and the Marlene honoring the iconic singer and actress Marlene Dietrich.
Additionally, the Sao Rafael will join the Sao Gabriel in sailing the scenic Douro River in Portugal.
With the incorporation of the Aqua Blu, Uniworld’s latest expansion represents the largest fleet growth in the company’s history. Uniworld’s President and CEO, Ellen Bettridge, remarked that 2027 “is shaping up to be a landmark year at Uniworld,” marking an exciting new chapter for the cruise line.
